Saturday was a fantastic day training, really sunny, warm. Just generally lovely, would like to thank my better half Pete Alfored and lovers Tim Norburn and Reece Chapman. The summer is really on it's way back and this summer it's going to be different, better. Started filming for 09 video, started a regular conditioning routine, learnt gainers and finally managed to relearn wall flips after the slippy winter accident. (you can guess, haha) Writing the next part of my novel so check that out, it should be up by the weekend. And It's a beautiful day, I'm gonna' go jump around :D
