I titled this post 'term begins' for a simple reason, because in roughly 1hour30minutes it will be the first day of the summer term in school. I just returned from Wales yesterday, having been there since Monday at Hay On Wye literary festival. It was an alright little trip actually, the festival was interesting the people were nice, i saw Steven Fry (god) and met the Parkour Generations people who were there promoting their new book. The Parkour And Freerunning Handbook, unfortunately the place was a little too 'villagy' to demonstrate in but I managed to find a few good tricking areas.
During the days when I was not in Hay, I spent alot of time climbing, be it in the center we visited, or just rock structures in Tenby beach. I forgot how much I loved rock climbing and started making missions out of it, having to get from one of the beach to the other without touching sand, which proved exceedingly difficult, even if the floor was made of the lava. Fell off a couple of times but helped me figure out new ways to move and after a couple of slips, stumbles and general hiccups where the rocks just seemed to stop for about 20 metres I made. yay.
Not that interesting I know, and I really didn't have a point to posting this except that I haven't updated in quite some time. Will hopefully be alot more to come as summer holidays close in and my sampler is currently in the making so look out for that too.
Keep Training.
:)
